What are the Fees for VAS ?
We believe that each individual and each family have specific needs and are in the search of personalized solutions. Allow us to learn what your goals are so that we may put together a budget based on the specifics of your plan. Once we have this information we will present several alternatives to your plan.

Our prices are more competitive. Vancouver Accommodation Solutions (VAS) does everything possible to reduce your total costs. Our one-time Homestay Placement Fee is CAD$300. Our Homestay Fee is CAD$25 per night. This includes all meals and other household expenses.

-The Placement fee is non-refundable and must be paid in advance.

-The Airport pick up fee is $75 CAD. This fee can be paid upon arrival at the Airport or in advance.

-The Airport drop off fee is $75 CAD.

-A Two week notice MUST be given if you decide to leave your Homestay family.

-Group terms and conditions are open to negotiation.

What would my monthly expenses be?
Your Monthly expenses can include:

-Student Fee for their public transportation.

-You can pay for your International calls by purchasing a telephone card or buying a cell phone.

-You should offer to contribute towards the cost of the excursions that are organized by your School.

-Internet connection.

-Toiletry items.

-Outings with your friends.

-Monthly Homestay fee.
